Refund policy
All sales are final and we have a no return policy, unless it's special circumstances.
If you are eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received and in its original packaging unopened. If your figure has a defect, please call the manufacturer directly. We are not responsible for the quality or manufacturer's defects of the products being sold on this website. We do our best to make sure all products are in good condition.
To request a return, you can contact us at through our contact page with the subject saying RETURN. If your return is accepted, you will need to prepare a shipping label at your own cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.Shipping will not be reimbursed Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping will not always be Canada post, even if selected Canada Post. We ship with various shipping companies. If you would like Canada post, please specify when making a purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We also can not accept any returns outside of Canada.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Â

We are not responsible for packaging imperfections as the manufacturer sends us this product. We will do our best to accommodate unless specified in shipping notes. We do our best to secure and safely pack but we can't guarantee damage caused by shipping
We do our best to ship with care but things may occur out of our control.
Once a package is picked up, we no longer have control over the shipments being transported. If a package is missing or lost, we will make our best effort to rectify the situation but can not make any guarantees. You may want to talk to the shipping carrier directly.Â
If we are unavailable to fulfil your request we will notify you and cancel your order.
Refunds
All sales are final. If items were mailed back to us, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PRE ORDERS
All pre orders are final sale. If incase we can't get the product, we will issue you a store credit.
PRE ORDER DATES ARE ONLY ESTIMATES BUT ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Orders will be shipped out once ALL items ordered have been received in stock. (For example, If you Pre order an item due in January and another Item due in March, we will ship in March. We will wait for all items to come into stock.
