Returns, Refunds & Final Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

By placing an order with Reign City Toys, you acknowledge and agree that all purchases are final sale. We are not obligated to accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds unless we determine, at our sole discretion, that exceptional circumstances apply.

Any exception made by Reign City Toys is a courtesy and does not establish a precedent for future orders.

Returns

In the rare event that we approve a return, the following conditions apply:

• The item must be unopened, unused, and in the exact condition in which it was received.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all contents included.

• Return requests must be submitted through our Contact Us page with the subject line "RETURN" before sending any item back.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including purchasing their own shipping label.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.

Product Condition

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all figures sold by Reign City Toys are brand new and unopened.

However, the condition of the product's packaging or box is not guaranteed. Collectible packaging may have cosmetic imperfections that occur during manufacturing, shipping, or handling. Box conditions can range from minor shelf wear to more significant cosmetic damage, including but not limited to:

• Creases

• Dents

• Tears

• Scratches

• Crushed corners

• Scuffs

• Imperfections caused during shipping or manufacturing

These cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for a return, exchange, refund, or replacement. If box condition is important to you, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise on the condition of available inventory when possible.

Manufacturer Defects

Reign City Toys is not responsible for manufacturer defects or quality control issues. If your figure has missing parts, paint defects, breakage, or any other manufacturing defect, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty or replacement assistance.

While we inspect products to the best of our ability before shipment, we cannot guarantee that manufacturer defects will not occur.

Shipping

We use various shipping carriers to fulfill orders. Selecting Canada Post at checkout does not guarantee that Canada Post will be used. If you specifically require shipment through Canada Post, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability.

Final Sale Acknowledgement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All sales are final.

• Reign City Toys is under no obligation to provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

• Packaging and box condition are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

• Manufacturer defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer.

• Any return or refund approved by Reign City Toys is granted solely at our discretion and only under exceptional circumstances.
