Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During new releases, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping transit time provided by the carrier.

Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of trusted shipping carriers for both domestic and international orders. While you may select a shipping option during checkout, we reserve the right to use the carrier that best suits your order. Selecting a specific shipping method does not guarantee that a particular carrier will be used.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated based on the package's size, weight, destination, and current carrier rates.

International Orders

International shipping times may be longer than domestic deliveries due to customs processing, local postal services, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

Once an international shipment leaves Canada, Reign City Toys no longer has control over the package or the delivery process. Any customs delays, inspections, or transit delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and the destination country's customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and any other charges assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and will not be reimbursed by Reign City Toys.

Please note that most international shipments are not covered by shipping insurance. If an uninsured international package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, compensation may not be available through the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

Reign City Toys is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages while in transit. However, we are committed to assisting our customers whenever possible. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide any documentation required.

For international shipments, once the package has left Canada, we are unable to investigate or control the delivery process. While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee a resolution and are not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring during international transit, particularly for shipments that are not insured.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of an order or fails to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, resulting in the package being refused or returned, no refund will be issued for the order or the original shipping charges.
