HANDLING TIME

Typical handling time is 2 to 5 business days, barring unusually high order volume. Shipping services used will vary even if Canada post shipping option is selected. By selecting a certain shipping option at checkout does not mean it may only arrive with that carrier.

How are shipping charges calculated?

We base our shipping costs off what the carrier charges to ship your package. This is calculated by the size, weight and destination of said package.

*Please remember that international orders may have taxes, duties and/or VAT costs applied by customs towards your order before the delivery of your package. All packages are shipped with standard shipping. All packages are shipped with standard shipping and timelines for delivery will not be guaranteed. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Reign City Toys.

US Customers: If you refuse the delivery of the order and it is returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.

International Customers: If you refuse the delivery of the order, we cannot issue a refund.

What if my package gets lost in shipping?

Lost items are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If you would like assistance filing a claim with the carrier who misplaced your order. Feel free to contact us so we can further assist.
